| CORRIGENDUM : GUIDELINES AND NORMS FOR SELECTION OF RESETTLEMENT COURSES | The follwing amendments have been approved by MoD (Dept of Ex-Servicemen Welfare) to the existing Guidelines and Norms for selection of Resettlement Courses/Institutes and Allotment of Courses. FOR 1. Retired / Released officers are eligible to undergo resettlement courses up to three years from the date of retirement / release or up to the age of 60 Yrs or which ever is earlier. READ (a) The eligibilty to undergo resetllement training for officers retiring after 08 Sep 09 (the date of issue of amended policy) will be 3 years. (b) Officers retires before 08 Sep 09 will be allowed to undergo resettlement training upto 05 years. This is valid upto Sep 14 after which no officer will be eligible as per old policy. (c) After Sep 14, all officers will be eligible to undergo resettlement training up to three years from date of retirement. 2. The othe paras of the approved Guidelines and Norms remain unchanged. |
